WIREUNWIRED BRIEF

AI security startup Reco announced on Tuesday that it raised $55 million in funding, bringing its total capital raised to $140 million. The investment follows a $30 million Series B announced in February and includes participation from Forestay, Quadrille Capital, and AT&T’s venture arm. According to co-founder and CEO Ofer Klein, Reco’s valuation has more than doubled since February, and annual recurring revenue is currently in the double-digit millions of dollars with an expected triple increase this year.

The company repositioned its software to use a context graph connecting AI agents to applications, individuals, accounts, and permissions, addressing a market need as enterprises deploy AI agents faster than they can track them. Reco reports over 100 customers, with financial services accounting for roughly 40% of the business. The platform integrates with more than 280 apps and employs browser and network signals alongside prompt and tool call inspection controls.

Reco intends to allocate the new capital toward hiring, sales, partnerships, and customer support.
