Meta Expands Its AI Agent Muse to Small Businesses With New Software Integrations

Meta announced on Tuesday that it is expanding its artificial intelligence agent, Muse, to small businesses alongside new integrations with platforms such as Shopify, Dropbox, and Slack. According to the company, the agent assists owners in operating their businesses and finding new customers by integrating with existing sales, operations, and marketing software.

Muse also connects with Instagram professional account analytics, Facebook Pages, and Meta ad accounts, while maintaining awareness of brand voice, products, and frequent customer inquiries. Additional integrations include Asana, Box, Canva, Figma, Granola, HighLevel, Intuit QuickBooks, Klaviyo, Lovable, Notion, Stripe, and Zoom. Muse for Small Business is offered for free with usage limits, with subscription plans available for increased usage.

The expansion follows the introduction of the Meta Enterprise Platform, led by MongoDB CEO Chirantan “CJ” Desai, which aims to bring Meta's technology stack—including Muse, Meta Business Agent, Muse API, and Muse Code—to corporate customers and developers. Muse originally launched earlier in the month, topping app charts in the United States and Canada ahead of ChatGPT.
