WIREUNWIRED BRIEF

Autonomous customer knowledge startup Floqer is pitching on the Startup Battlefield stage at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026. The company builds artificial intelligence-powered tools designed to help business-to-business sales teams automate customer research and keep database records updated. Founded in 2024 by CEO Shivam Mahajan and Zaaheda Islam, Floqer grew out of an earlier Chrome extension called Super Chat.

After noticing enterprise clients using the tool to manually clean customer relationship management data, the founders pivoted to build an autonomous database. The platform uses AI agents to search over 100 third-party data sources, gather contact information through a sequential verification process, and continuously monitor the web for job changes or funding rounds.

Floqer reports surpassing $1.2 million in annual recurring revenue, reflecting a roughly tenfold increase over the past year. The startup has raised $2 million in pre-seed funding from backers including Perplexity’s F7 Fund, N49P, Tidal Venture Partners, and Denis Yarats. It currently employs eight people and serves more than 1,000 customers, such as Wise, AngelList, and Perplexity.

Looking ahead, Floqer plans to open-source the technology behind its autonomous customer knowledge database by early 2027, pending security reviews.

Mahajan stated that the move aims to satisfy customer demand for self-hosted data
